Zero Refunds Policy – Choking First Aid Course

At Choking First Aid Course, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based training in choking first aid, whether online or in-person. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Refunds: All course fees are non-refundable. Once your registration and payment are processed, no portion of the payment will be returned for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, inability to attend, or technical issues on your end.
    
2. Course Access: Upon successful registration, you will receive access to the course materials, videos, and any additional resources provided. Access is typically granted immediately for online courses and as scheduled for in-person sessions.
    
3. Cancellation by Participant: If you are unable to attend a scheduled in-person class, your registration fee will not be refunded. You may, at the discretion of Choking First Aid Certification, transfer your registration to a future course date.
    
4. Cancellation by Choking First Aid Course: In rare circumstances where a course is canceled by us, a full credit toward a future course will be offered. Cash refunds will not be issued.
    
5. Acceptance of Policy: By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Zero Refunds Policy.
